1. Illegal or harmful activity
Do not use Scope Cloud to commit, encourage or facilitate crime, fraud, unlawful discrimination, harassment, exploitation, violence, sanctions evasion or infringement of another person's rights. Do not upload content that is unlawful, abusive, deceptive or intended to cause harm.
2. Intellectual property and confidentiality
Do not upload, copy, generate, distribute or sell material without required rights. Do not upload confidential, personal, export-controlled or privileged information unless you have authority and the service is appropriate for it.
3. Malware and attacks
Do not introduce malware, ransomware or harmful code; probe or scan without written authorisation; access another account; intercept traffic; exploit vulnerabilities; conduct denial-of-service activity; or interfere with authentication, permissions or security controls.
4. Scraping and automated use
Do not scrape, crawl, bulk-download or automatically query the service except through an approved feature or written agreement. Automated use must respect documented limits and must not degrade availability, create unreasonable load or collect other users' data.
5. Credentials and plan limits
Do not share personal credentials, resell access without permission, create accounts to evade enforcement, misstate eligibility, bypass seat or AI-credit limits, or manipulate billing and usage measurements. Workspace access must be granted through supported invitations and permissions.
6. Misuse of AI
Do not use AI features to create illegal or harmful instructions, impersonate people, deceive others about material facts, generate abusive content, make prohibited automated decisions, or present unverified output as certified professional work.
AI-assisted work must be labelled or explained where law, professional duty, contract or context requires it. A human with appropriate competence must review output before professional reliance.
7. Platform integrity
Do not reverse engineer except where law expressly permits it, remove notices, disrupt integrations, manipulate feedback systems, send spam, abuse public forms, or use the service in a way likely to damage Scope Cloud, its providers or users.
8. Reporting misuse
Report suspected abuse to support@scope.cloud and security vulnerabilities to security@scope.cloud. Do not publicly disclose a vulnerability before there has been a reasonable opportunity to investigate and protect users.
9. Enforcement and suspension
Scope Cloud may investigate, preserve evidence, rate-limit, remove content or suspend access where reasonably necessary. The response will consider seriousness, risk, recurrence and cooperation. Notice and an opportunity to remedy will normally be given unless urgent action, law or security risk requires otherwise.
Serious or repeated violations may result in termination and may be reported to affected parties or authorities where lawful and necessary.
