Accessibility Statement

Last updated 14 July 2026

Scope Cloud aims to make its public website and product experience usable by disabled people and people using assistive technologies. This is an objective, not a claim of formal conformance.

1. Accessibility objective

The design objective is clear structure, readable contrast, keyboard operation, visible focus, meaningful labels, responsive layouts and respect for reduced-motion preferences across public and account experiences.

2. Measures currently present

  • Semantic headings, landmarks, labels and links on core public and legal pages.
  • Keyboard-operable navigation, forms, cookie choices and table-of-contents links.
  • Visible focus styles on principal public controls.
  • A reduced-motion stylesheet that minimises animation when requested by the operating system.
  • Responsive text and layouts for mobile and desktop use.
  • Text alternatives or decorative treatment for principal brand imagery and icons.

3. Known limitations

Complex animated product scenes, interactive previews and dense comparison tables may be harder to navigate or interpret with some assistive technologies. Some legacy application controls may have inconsistent focus styling. Long tables require horizontal scrolling on narrow screens.

Third-party authentication and provider-hosted interfaces are controlled partly by their providers. Scope Cloud will not claim WCAG conformance until structured testing and remediation have been completed.

4. Alternative access

If content or a task is inaccessible, email support@scope.cloud with the page, task, barrier, device, browser and assistive technology if you are comfortable sharing them. A reasonable alternative format or support route will be considered.

5. Reporting an accessibility problem

Send accessibility feedback to support@scope.cloud. Reports are reviewed with product feedback and prioritised according to severity, frequency and whether an alternative is available.

6. Browser and assistive technology support

Scope Cloud is designed for current versions of major browsers and responsive devices. Older browsers or unusual combinations of browser and assistive technology may behave differently. Please include version details when reporting an issue.

7. Review status

No independent accessibility audit or formal WCAG conformance assessment is currently claimed. This statement will be updated after material accessibility work or testing changes the known position.
