1. When these terms apply
These Subscription Terms apply when a paid Scope Cloud order is accepted. No payment is taken through the current public Plans page. Before paid checkout opens, the contracting operator, total price, billing interval, taxes, renewal terms and payment provider must be displayed.
Enterprise subscriptions may use a separate order form. If it conflicts with these terms, the signed order form takes priority for that subscription.
2. Current plans and headline inclusions
Current public plans are listed below. The Plans page and order confirmation control if features change after this policy date. Features marked preview or coming soon are not guaranteed paid entitlements unless the order expressly says otherwise.

3. One App selection
Essential includes exactly one eligible product selected before purchase, together with the platform features shown in the current plan list. Changing the selected app, included AI credits and connected-product access will follow the choice and price shown before confirmation.
4. Monthly and annual billing
Monthly subscriptions bill for each monthly period. Annual subscriptions bill for the annual period. Current monthly and annual prices are shown in the validated plan list, in pounds sterling unless checkout states otherwise.
The renewal date and amount must be shown before purchase and in the order confirmation. Enterprise billing follows its order form.
5. VAT and taxes
Checkout will state whether displayed prices include or exclude applicable VAT or other taxes. Customers must provide accurate billing and tax information. Scope Cloud does not claim VAT registration unless a valid VAT number appears on an invoice.
6. Trials
Any trial duration is shown in the current plan list and before confirmation. A trial starts when confirmed in the account. The checkout or trial confirmation must state whether a payment method is required, whether the trial converts automatically, the conversion date and price, and how to cancel before charge.
Trial access may have feature, credit or usage limits. One trial may be limited per person, workspace or payment method where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse.
7. Renewal
A recurring subscription renews for the billing period disclosed before purchase unless cancelled in time. Scope Cloud will provide renewal information and any reminder required by consumer law. Annual consumer renewals will be communicated with reasonable notice where required.
8. Price changes
A price change does not alter an already-paid period. Existing customers will receive reasonable advance notice before a higher renewal price takes effect and any cancellation right required by law. Continuing after the effective renewal accepts the new price only where legally valid.
9. Payments and failed payments
Payments will be handled by the provider identified at checkout. If Stripe is enabled, billing controls may link to the Stripe Customer Portal. Scope Cloud does not store full card details in ordinary application records.
After a failed payment, reasonable retry and account notices may be used. Any grace period will be shown in the account or payment notice and is not guaranteed unless stated. Access may be restricted after notice while an amount remains overdue.
10. Upgrades, downgrades and proration
Before a plan change is confirmed, the account must show its effective date, any immediate charge or credit, the next renewal amount, seat effects and feature loss. No proration rule should be assumed unless shown in that confirmation.
Downgrades may take effect at period end to avoid loss of paid access. Users should export or reorganise data that exceeds the new plan's limits before the change takes effect.
11. Seats and administrators
The current plan list shows the included seat allowance for each public plan. A seat is for one authorised person unless the order says otherwise. Workspace owners are responsible for allocation and removing former members.
Additional seats are not included unless a price and quantity are confirmed. Exceeding a limit may require reducing members or changing plan rather than sharing credentials.
12. AI credits and usage limits
Current monthly AI-credit allowances are shown in the plan list. Credits measure eligible AI operations and are not money. Unless an order says otherwise, unused monthly credits do not roll over, cannot be transferred or refunded, and reset with the usage period.
Reasonable rate, file, storage and fair-use limits may protect availability. Enterprise limits are set by order. Scope Cloud must show any paid top-up terms before purchase.
13. Product availability
Features depend on release status, device, region and plan. Preview and coming-soon features may change or be removed. A material reduction to core paid functionality will be addressed through notice, an alternative, plan change or remedy required by law.
14. Cancellation and access
Cancellation is governed by the Cancellation Policy. Unless an immediate option is expressly selected, cancellation normally prevents the next renewal and access continues through the paid period. The account or provider portal must show the effective date before confirmation.
After access ends, features may become read-only or unavailable. Complete available exports before the end date. Privacy deletion requests remain available separately.
15. Refunds and consumer rights
Refunds follow the Refund Policy and mandatory consumer law. These terms do not remove cooling-off, conformity, repeat-performance, price-reduction or other remedies that apply by law. Business purchases do not receive consumer cancellation rights.
